Subscribers are clients subscribed to any of our accounting plans. Non-subscribers are clients without an accounting plan.

We’ll prepare your year-end financial statements, such as the income statement and balance sheet, from your accounting records. You’ll need them for corporate tax filing, and banks, auditors and licensing authorities often ask for them too. For non-subscribers, the price depends on how complete your records are. If you’re a subscriber, this comes as part of your accounting plan because we maintain your books throughout the year.

This is a tailor-made plan for businesses whose volume or needs go beyond what the Ascend plan covers. It suits larger transaction volumes, more complex operations, or a particular mix of services. We’ll review your business requirements and agree on a scope and price that fits you.

You can bring in an accountant by the hour to prepare reports, schedules, or other accounting work for your business. It’s a good fit if you need extra capacity or specialist support. The rate depends on the type of work and how it’s arranged.

We’ll register your company with the FTA for corporate tax and get your tax certificate. This is for UAE companies, including free zone companies, and you need to register even if you expect to pay little or no tax. Registration must be completed within three months of incorporation, otherwise you could face an AED 10,000 penalty for late registration. We’ll prepare the application and follow it up with the FTA.

This one is for you if you run a business in your own name, such as a freelancer or sole proprietor. You only need to register once your business turnover goes above AED 1 million in a calendar year, and your salary, personal investment income and real estate investment income don’t count toward that. If you’ve crossed the threshold, you must register by 31 March of the following year. We’ll review your turnover, prepare the application, and submit it to the FTA.

We’ll register your business for VAT and get your Tax Registration Number (TRN). Registration is mandatory once your taxable supplies and imports go above AED 375,000 over the past 12 months, or are expected to within the next 30 days, and you must apply within 30 days. It’s optional from AED 187,500, which suits start-ups that want to recover VAT on their costs. Registering late carries an AED 10,000 penalty.

This is for you if all your supplies are zero-rated, such as exports, and you’ve passed the registration threshold. Instead of registering, you can apply for an exception from VAT registration, which also means you won’t need to file quarterly VAT returns. The trade-off is you can’t recover input VAT, and the FTA can withdraw the exception if your supplies change. We’ll assess your eligibility and prepare the application for you.

This is for you if you import, produce, stockpile, or release excise goods in the UAE, such as tobacco, e-cigarettes, energy drinks and sweetened drinks. There’s no minimum turnover, so you need to register before you start dealing in these goods. A late registration penalty of AED 10,000 can apply. We’ll prepare your application and submit it through EmaraTax.

Both prices include the final corporate tax return filing. This is for companies that have stopped trading, been dissolved, or been liquidated. You must submit the application within three months of the business ceasing, and a late application attracts an AED 1,000 monthly penalty. The FTA approves it only after all tax returns, including the final return up to the cessation date, are filed and dues are paid. We’ll prepare the final return and handle the application for you.

Both prices include the final VAT return filing. This is for businesses that stop making taxable supplies, or whose taxable supplies stay below AED 187,500 over 12 consecutive months. In those cases you must deregister within 20 business days. If your supplies fall below the mandatory threshold but stay above AED 187,500, deregistration is optional. We’ll prepare the final return and submit the application for you.

This is an FTA certificate confirming that you or your company is a UAE tax resident for a specific period of up to 12 months. It’s commonly used to claim benefits under double taxation agreements or to prove residency to foreign authorities. We’ll check your eligibility and prepare the application for you.

This is for you if your business has revenue of AED 3 million or less and you’d like to choose Small Business Relief (SBR), which treats your business as having no taxable income for that period. The relief now covers tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2029. You’ll still need to file a tax return even though no tax is due, and it’s due within nine months after your tax period ends. We’ll check that you’re eligible, prepare your return, and file it for you.

This is for you if you’re not choosing SBR, either because your revenue is above AED 3 million or because you prefer the standard route. Your return reports your taxable income, which is taxed at 9% on the portion above AED 375,000. It’s due within nine months after your tax period ends, and any tax liability is payable by the same date. We’ll prepare your return from your financial records, apply the tax adjustments, and submit it for you.

We’ll submit your VAT return, which reports the VAT you charged on sales and the VAT you paid on purchases. It’s for every VAT-registered business, and returns are due within 28 days after the end of each tax period. With the “without review” option, we file based on the figures you give us. With the “with review” option, we first check your records and VAT treatment for errors. Late filing and late payment of tax payable attract penalties.

This is for you if you’re VAT-registered, have paid more VAT than you collected, and want the excess repaid rather than carried forward. The claim is made through EmaraTax, and the FTA may ask for supporting documents. Accurate records and correct VAT returns make approval smoother. We’ll prepare the claim and supporting file and handle the FTA’s questions for you.

This is a VAT refund for UAE nationals who build a new residence for themselves and their family, not as part of a business. The claim must be filed within 12 months of the residence’s completion, and only one claim is allowed per residence, apart from a separate claim for retention payments. You’ll need documents such as the building completion certificate, construction contracts and tax invoices, and the claim is submitted through EmaraTax. We’ll check your invoices, put the file together, and submit the claim for you.

This is practical guidance on accounting and tax questions specific to your business. It helps with decisions such as which registrations you need, how a transaction is taxed, or how to stay compliant. It suits business owners at any stage, from start-up to restructuring. We’ll explain the rules in plain language and walk you through your options.

We’ll update your registration details on EmaraTax, such as your business name, address, contact details or legal information. Registered businesses must keep these accurate and notify the FTA of changes within 20 business days. Outdated records can lead to rejected applications and missed FTA communications. We’ll prepare and submit the update for you.

This is for you if you’ve received an FTA penalty or decision that you believe is wrong or should be reduced. A reconsideration request must give reasons and be submitted within 40 business days of being notified of the decision. We’ll review the penalty decision, prepare the request with evidence, and submit it for you.

This is an inspection by your licensing authority, usually of free zone companies, to review your Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) and AML records. We’ll review your records and prepare the complete file for submission, helping you avoid warnings and penalties. Preparing any additional or missing documents is charged separately.

goAML is the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit’s platform for filing suspicious transaction reports and other AML reports. Financial institutions, DNFBPs and VASPs must register, whether on the mainland or in a free zone. You’ll need to appoint a compliance officer and keep your registration active. We’ll prepare the documents and handle the registration steps for you.

This is for you if your business needs a financial statements audit and you’d like a single point of contact. We’ll coordinate between you and our partner auditors by sharing requests, collecting documents and following up on queries. The audit fee is set by the auditors, and we only charge separately if we prepare any missing audit requirements for you. It suits companies that want the audit to run smoothly without managing the auditors directly.

This is for companies that are closing down and need a liquidation report as part of cancelling the trade licence. Requirements vary by licensing authority, so we’ll first confirm what yours expects. We’ll then coordinate between you and our partner auditors who prepare the report. The fee is set by the auditors, and any preparation work we do for you is charged separately.

This is for businesses subject to anti-money laundering (AML) rules, such as real estate brokers, dealers in precious metals and stones, corporate service providers, and accountants or auditors. We’ll coordinate with our partner auditors who review your AML/CFT/CPF compliance programme. The fee is set by the auditors, and any preparation work we do for you is charged separately.

This is the customs code that lets your business file import, export, re-export or transit declarations through UAE ports and airports. It’s for any licensed company, mainland or free zone, that moves commercial goods through UAE Customs. You’ll need it before your first shipment, and it needs annual renewal. We’ll prepare and submit the application for you.

We provide hourly personal assistant and secretarial support, such as scheduling, correspondence, document handling and follow-ups. It suits owners and teams who need help occasionally, without hiring staff. The rate depends on the work arrangement and workload.

We can take care of day-to-day administrative tasks that take time away from running your business, such as document preparation, follow-ups with government portals, and general office support. It suits busy owners and small teams without in-house admin staff. The scope and price depend on what you need.
